What’s Not Included?
Watering: Proper watering is essential for the successful establishment of your new sod. However, ongoing watering is the homeowner’s responsibility. We will provide detailed watering guidelines to help you maintain optimal moisture levels and general care.
Regular Lawn Maintenance: Sod installation does not include ongoing lawn care such as mowing, fertilization, and weed control.

What are my payment options?
A 50% deposit is collected before work begins to secure your project on our schedule, and the remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the work as outlined in the approved proposal.
Credit Card
We accept most major credit cards. Payments can be made securely through your emailed invoice. A small processing fee applies.
Pay by Check
Checks may be made payable to LandGreen Landscaping Inc. and can be handed directly to our team or mailed to our office address listed on your invoice.

A: With proper watering, sod typically establishes roots within 2-3 weeks. During this time, avoid heavy foot traffic on the new lawn. However, during colder months or periods of dormancy, the establishment can take significantly longer, potentially several weeks or even months, as root growth slows down. Root establishment is heavily dependent on soil temperatures.
