We use a custom-built maintenance program calculator, developed by our team, to provide transparent and accurate pricing tailored to your property.
With instant pricing for all our packages, you can easily compare options and choose the program that best fits your needs and budget.

Prices are based on the exact size of your lawn and beds, ensuring you only pay for the care you need.

Properties with larger, more mature shrubs or heavily planted beds may have higher costs due to increased maintenance time.

More trees mean additional time spent on leaf control.

Properties farther from our existing routes may have slight adjustments for travel time.

Properties near an active maintenance client will receive a 5% discount.
What are my payment options?
We offer two convenient payment options to ensure an efficient, hassle-free process for both you and our team, allowing us to focus on maintaining your property’s beauty year-round.
Payment is collected at the beginning of each month for that month’s services.
Card on File
We will securely store your credit or debit card information in our systems. Your card will be automatically charged by us, at the start of each month for that months services.
Pay by Check
We accept checks, which must be mailed before the first of the month, with a minimum payment of $400.
