Full-time hourly employees receive paid time off.

We currently offer one paid holiday (Labor Day).

Our standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., at our Willow Spring, NC, location.

Friday offers the opportunity for overtime or to make up time lost during the week due to inclement weather or other circumstances.

We offer a monthly monetary incentive to all eligible employees with perfect punctuality and attendance.

Employees receive a performance-based bonus at the end of the year as a reward for their hard work and dedication.

Current employees that refer a candidate who is hired and successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment, will receive a referral bonus.
