Our Landscaping Transormation at
Local Brewery, Local Landscapers, Lasting Impact
We recently had the opportunity to partner with one of our town’s favorite spots - Aviator Brewing Company.
The goal? To transform their outdoor space.
The Challenge:
Aviator was facing a tough deadline. With just 30 days to get their outdoor area ready for patrons, they were struggling to establish grass from seed during the peak summer heat. Growing grass in those conditions requires constant watering, and even one missed watering can lead to failure. Poor soil also contributed to the problem. To ensure a lush, green lawn in time for opening day, sod installation with soil amendment became the clear solution.
The Results:
The result is an outdoor space that reflects the quality that Aviator is known for, where guests can enjoy live music at the outdoor stage with a cold drink.
What We Did:
Amended the soil by tilling in compost to break up compacted areas.
Installed Fresh Bermuda Sod to create a lush, even lawn.
Laid Premium Mulch underneath the plane to add contrast and reduce maintenance. Also, refreshed mulch around the venue area.
Installed Rock for drainage behind the building. Rock installed with landscaping fabric is a great looking, low maintenance option that helps prevent erosion.
